Lucy Boxrud


Lucy oversees the implementation and execution of the senior living investment process. She leads Elysian in project development, identifying markets, site acquisition, contract negotiation, operator oversight, and the strategic vision of the platform to maximize investor return. Lucy has a diverse background in ground-up construction, turnaround operations and acquisitions, all driving superior performance and exceeding investment forecasts. Her expertise also includes organizational strategic alignment, licensing, financial management, leadership development, and employee engagement. Lucy is instrumental in her role and an industry leader in Senior Housing. Lucy has over 20 years of successful and progressive experience in the industry holding regional and corporate positions including Executive Director, Director of Housing with Services, Director of Operations, and Chief Operating Officer.

Melissa Greene - Meet the Staff

Melissa Greene

Executive Vice President

Melissa oversees all corporate and property level operations, accounting, financial reporting, investor reporting, licensing, and budgeting. She creates proforma and budgets, conducts period closings, manages independent audits, implements analytical tools and further develops departmental process improvements. Melissa leads Elysian in developing best financial practices and quality reporting for the organization. Melissa brings over 10 years of experience in the industry holding positions including Director of Financial Operations, Controller, Accounting Manager, and Staff Accountant. Melissa earned her Bachelor’s of Business Administration Degree from the University of Viterbo.

Jeanna Sands - Meet the Staff

Jeanna Sands, BSN

Vice President of Policy & Compliance

Jeanna develops and oversees the policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure that license compliance is forefront along with ensuring our care staff have the tools available to do their job efficiently and accurately. She also ensures that we maximize knowledgable care delivery at all levels. Jeanna has over 20 years of experience in the industry holding positions including Director of Health Services, Regional Corporate Nurse and Corporate Director of Health Services. Jeanna earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Capella University.

Sheri - Meet Our Team

Sheri Zimmermann, RN

Vice President

Sheri is involved in the strategic planning to ensure seamless delivery of comprehensive, coordinated health services for residents. This includes the development and implementation of training for our operational team across the organizations. Sheri has nearly 20 years’ experience working in the senior services field along with critical and emergent care. Sheri’s passion for training ensures our employees are fully educated to provide the greatest care possible.

Natalie - Meet Our Team

Natalie Hoff, RN

Corporate Director of Care & Wellness

Natalie is involved with supporting the Care & Wellness Departments with their day-to-day work. She is involved with the training of the Care & Wellness Assistants, ensuring compliance, implementation of new processes and new technologies to ensure we are meeting the needs of the people we serve. Natalie’s experience working in senior housing as a Care & Wellness Assistant, LPN and now RN are invaluable in understanding all levels of care needed to support the residents we serve.

Emily Boxrud, ALDIR

Corporate Director of Operations

Emily is involved in supporting the operations and human resources side of the business.  Emily is instrumental in training and auditing for compliance with operations, overall management and ensuring we are meeting the needs of our employees by delivering a healthy work environment.  Emily graduated from Carleton College with a degree in Psychology and a minor in Neuroscience and recently completed her M.A. in Behavior Analysis Practice from Florida Institute of Technology.

Randy Hoff

Corporate Director of Building & Grounds

Randy oversees the buildings and grounds and supports our site managers for Lake City, Northfield, Chanhassen and Duluth. Randy ensures we are meeting compliance for all life safety code programming by ensuring our systems and equipment are working properly.

Kim Odman - Meet the Staff

Kim Odman

Finance & Business Support Services Coordinator

Kim is involved in the day-to-day processing of all financial and payroll information related to Elysian Senior Homes and all managed sites. Kim has extensive experience in the housing industry, as she has worked a variety of jobs from being a front-line worker to a Finance and Administration Assistant. Kim’s attention to detail, willingness to take on any task, and positive attitude help to make the Elysian team great!
