
Lucy Boxrud
President
Lucy oversees the implementation and execution of the senior living investment process. She leads Elysian in project development, identifying markets, site acquisition, contract negotiation, operator oversight, and the strategic vision of the platform to maximize investor return. Lucy has a diverse background in ground-up construction, turnaround operations and acquisitions, all driving superior performance and exceeding investment forecasts. Her expertise also includes organizational strategic alignment, licensing, financial management, leadership development, and employee engagement. Lucy is instrumental in her role and an industry leader in Senior Housing. Lucy has over 20 years of successful and progressive experience in the industry holding regional and corporate positions including Executive Director, Director of Housing with Services, Director of Operations, and Chief Operating Officer.

Melissa Greene
Executive Vice President
Melissa oversees all corporate and property level operations, accounting, financial reporting, investor reporting, licensing, and budgeting. She creates proforma and budgets, conducts period closings, manages independent audits, implements analytical tools and further develops departmental process improvements. Melissa leads Elysian in developing best financial practices and quality reporting for the organization. Melissa brings over 10 years of experience in the industry holding positions including Director of Financial Operations, Controller, Accounting Manager, and Staff Accountant. Melissa earned her Bachelor’s of Business Administration Degree from the University of Viterbo.

Emily Boxrud, LALD
Vice President of Operations & Employee Engagement
Emily is involved in supporting the operations and human resources side of the business. Emily is instrumental in training and auditing for compliance with operations, overall management and ensuring we are meeting the needs of our employees by delivering a healthy work environment. Emily graduated from Carleton College with a degree in Psychology and a minor in Neuroscience and recently completed her M.A. in Behavior Analysis Practice from Florida Institute of Technology.
Jessica Lee, RN – LALD
Corporate Director of Clinical Support & Training
Jessica is involved in supporting clinical operations and new employee clinical skills training. Jessica assists clinical directors and administrators on a daily basis to ensure they have the support and guidance to make clear decisions. Jessica ensures our unlicensed care staff get the first hand knowledge and competency training they need to ensure they are ready to care for our residents in the best way.
Jessica is also the Administrator RN for a small 12 unit dementia care -Elysian Senior Homes of Northfield.
Randy Hoff
Corporate Director of Building Maintenance
Randy oversees the buildings and grounds and supports our site managers for Lake City, Northfield, Chanhassen and Duluth. Randy ensures we are meeting compliance for all life safety code programming by ensuring our systems and equipment are working properly.
Nicole Chaska
Finance & Business Support Services Manager
Nicole is involved in the day-to-day processing of all financial and payroll information related to Elysian Senior Homes and all managed sites. Nicole's background in finance benefits Elysian in it's strategic growth plan and ongoing financial accountability as a company.

Abby Boxrud
Corporate Operations Coordinator
Abby is responsible for assisting all of our site Administrators and Housing Coordinators with day to day operational support. Abby ensures we have a social media presence along with creating all of our marketing signage. As our sites can get busy in their day it is nice to know that Abby can help assist in a multitude of ways to ensure we meet deadlines and keep things running smoothly.

Morgyn Otte
Human Resources Specialist
Morgyn joined the Elysian Team in May of 2025 after graduating from Southwest Minnesota State University. Morgyn started out in the summer of 2024 as a paid intern working in our business office assising with various HR duties. Upon graduation Morgyn will return to assist with our HR team to process all new hire paperwork, benefit enrollment, payroll assistance, employee HR support to name a few duties.
Morgyn is instrumental in the coordinating of corporate support to the sites level ensuring for a swift employee onboarding.
